Dear Friends,
Today, we have some important news to share with all of you, and it comes with a heavy heart.
It is with deep regret and a sense of profound disappointment that due to unexpected health reasons, Harry will not be able to perform the remaining six Luther Live shows this year.
We understand that many of you were eagerly looking forward to these performances, and we share your disappointment in having to make this announcement.
However, Harry’s health is a top priority, and essential for his well-being and for future performances. This is by no means a permanent thing, and Harry is determined to return to work by the end of this year. Due to the scheduling, this regrettably means there will be no more Luther Live theatre shows in 2023.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this situation may cause, and understand your disappointment, but health comes first and this decision was not made lightly. We have been working diligently with venues and we have new rescheduled dates confirmed as follows:
Billingham Forum - January 18th 2024 (moved from 3/11/23)
Epson Playhouse - January 21st 2024 (moved from 2/12/23)
Dudley Town Hall - March 21st 2024 (moved from 8/12/23)
Colchester Charter Hall - April 5th 2024 (moved from 25/11/23)
Nottingham Albert Hall - April 19th 2024 (moved from 17/11/23)
Hoddesdon Spotlight - April 30th 2024 (moved from 24/11/23)
Venue box offices will be contacting all ticket holders to notify them of the rescheduled date. Please allow up to 7 days for venues to contact you with information.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your unwavering support, your understanding, and your love. I am deeply grateful for each and every one of you who make these performances possible.
Once again, thank you for being the incredible fans and supporters that you are. I look forward to sharing the magic of Luther Vandross's music with you in the very near future.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Harry Cambridge and the Luther Live Team
